What we do

Design, construction, development and project management

We design, build and develop our own schemes, and we manage projects for developers, schools, churches, estates and families.

Layouts, finishes, kitchens, joinery and lighting, worked out before construction starts, so the building that goes up is the one you agreed on paper.

From the first column to the finished home

Carcass and structural frames, complete buildings through to fitted kitchens and joinery, and the estate roads and drainage around them. We price to your drawings and bill of quantities.

On Norden Apartments we were developer and builder, carrying the land, the cost, the programme and the finish ourselves. That is why we understand a developer’s pressures from the inside.

Finished to the last fitting

Norden is our own development, so we chose every finish ourselves.

How we work

A clear process from first drawing to handover

Every project runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what it will cost.

  1. Evaluation

    We visit the site and read your drawings and bill of quantities, at no cost and with no obligation.

  2. Priced proposal

    You receive a priced bill with every correction we made to the quantities shown, and a programme.

  3. Construction

    A dedicated project engineer runs the site, with monthly valuations and progress photographs.

  4. Handover

    We walk the building with you, clear the snag list and stand behind the work through the defects liability period.
